Exchanges
Our exchange policy allows you to exchange eligible products under specific conditions outlined below.
Please note:
- The exchange policy does not apply to any product purchased on sale, clearance, or discounted price.
- AimaHajra reserves the right to limit or refuse exchanges if the terms below are not met.
Eligibility for Exchange
An exchange will only be granted if:
- The product received is defective, damaged, or faulty at the time of delivery.
- The product does not match the description or specifications mentioned on our website.
- The product is unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- The exchange request is made within 7 calendar days of receiving the item.
Conditions
- Exchanges will only be made for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability.
- Products purchased during sales, promotional events, or with discount codes are not eligible for exchange.
- If the required replacement size or item is out of stock, a store credit will be issued.
- The exchange process can take up to 15 working days from the date we receive your returned parcel. In exceptional circumstances, this period may be extended.
- To initiate an exchange, customers must email photographic evidence of the defective or incorrect product to support@AimaHajra.com.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Exchanges will not be entertained under the following conditions:
- Minor color variations caused by lighting, photography, or display settings.
- Natural shrinkage (up to 7%) that may occur in certain fabric types.
- Items without their original tags or those showing signs of wear or use.
- Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase.
Shipping for Exchange
- Customers are responsible for sending the item(s) back to AimaHajra using a traceable courier service at their own expense.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If an exchange request is received after the 7-day window, the item will be returned to the customer, and they will bear the return shipping charges.
Outlet & Warehouse Exchanges
- For online orders, customers must inform our support team before visiting any AimaHajra outlet for an exchange.
- Replacement units are shipped directly from the AimaHajra warehouse and may not be immediately available at outlets.
Order Cancellations
AimaHajra reserves the right to cancel or decline any order in situations including but not limited to:
- Unavailability of the product or size.
- Pricing or listing errors on the website.
- Incorrect contact, payment, or shipping information provided by the customer.
- Delivery location being out of our courier’s coverage area.
Customers will be notified promptly if their order is cancelled, and any payment received will be adjusted as store credit or refunded based on the situation.
Refund Policy
At AimaHajra, we currently do not offer cash or payment refunds.
Instead, we ensure that:
- Each product is thoroughly inspected before dispatch.
- Customers are given the option to exchange defective or incorrect items within the allowed timeframe.
- Detailed product descriptions and fabric compositions are provided to help customers make informed decisions.
Refunds will only be issued in the rare case where:
- The product is unavailable for replacement; and
- The claim is validated by our quality assurance team.
All refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method or as store credit, at the discretion of AimaHajra.
